HoS scenario:Blocking action at Lipki 2014-11-22

ASL scenario A44.Russian tank and Infantry must exit the map.
In the folder there is also a unit.csv file that correct an error in the German mortar.
With this error the mortar was ineffective.
The map 4, required to play,is in the folder of the previous scenario.
