Mezzi corazzati nella II guerra sino-giapponese

Mi chiedevo se qualcuno disponeva di una lista delle unità corazzate che hanno combattuto in Cina durante la seconda guerra sino-giapponese, nel periodo che quindi va dal 1937 al 1945.
Possibilmente sia da parte cinese che nipponica

 

mi pare che i cinesi avevano dei tank leggeri vickers(tankette) e di origine sovietica
i jappi avevano cose col nome strano impossibile da ricordare

15th 1942 stationed in Nicobar Islands in Indeian Ocean from 1943 to the end of war.
16th 1942 When 23th (infantry) division lost 79% of personnel in Nomonhan in 1939, the division was rebuilt in northeast China with heavier equipments. Tank unit of this division was reorganized in 1942 as tank regiment. Perhaps this regiment stationed in northeast China with 23rd division, and dispatched separately to Wake Island in 1944. When the war ended the regiment kept fighting in Wake.

26th 1944 eliminated in Iwo-Jima. the commander was 'Baron-Nishi' lieutenant colonel Nishi, an Olympic gold medalist of horsemanship.
27th 1944 stationed in Okinawa, eliminated there except 3rd company defended an isolated island.

In questo link trovi come e dove furono utilizzati i carri giapponesi, in generale in tutta la IIgm ma ovviamente soprattutto in Cina ( non installare i caratteri giapponesi quando te lo chiede !! ) , ci sono numero e reparti , molto interessante.

interessante questa discussione. Ho dato una veloce occhiata ai carri armati e non mi sembrano eccezionali. Avevano anche qualcosa di moderno e efficiente o erano molto indietro?

 

Beh i giapponesi non ci puntarono molto perché il loro era un espansionismo navale, più che altro. Inutile quindi usare tank sulle isolette... E anche la morfologia dell'Asia sudorientale e anche della Cina (pochissime infrastrutture) non era favorevole ai carri.

Quindi si facevano un po' pena

 

stavano costruendo qualcosa di decente solo dopo la caduta di Saipan, lo sviluppo di nuovi progetti venne accelerato quando gli americani sbarcarono nelle Filippine, semoventi anticarro o con obici più che altro

Beh, alcuni mezzi non erano male per l'epoca...:humm:

 

Su un storia militare ho un articolo sui carri anfibi giapponesi KA-MI sembra non fossero male ma ne hanno prodotti pochissimi e tardi, Missà che il cannone da 37 MM risultava un pò sorpassato per affrontarci gli Sherman :humm:

sembrerebbe che avevano più corazzati i Cinesi dei Giapponesi,pure più potenti,

chissà quanto erano addestrati a usarli?

 

ma sopratutto dove sono stati usati ??? Non si trovano citazioni da nessuna parte... Gli Sherman e gli Stuart ok, i cinesi li hanno piegati in Birmania ma gli altri mezzi moderni ???

Penso anch'io, il SU-122 era na bella bestia per il fronte asiatico!
