aver occupato la diga e le sponde dell'Eufrate, spaccando di fatto in due la parte siriana del Califfato non è cosa da poco. Sembra proprio che l'IS sia piuttosto in crisi, almeno militarmente (ma penso anche economicamente ... forse molte "fonti" si stanno inaridendo )
