1. A fine Agosto NWI smetterà di essere online....
    .... ma non smetterà di essere, nel bene e nel male, nei miei ricordi.

    Potrei scrivere "25 gloriosi anni di attività" ma sappiamo benissimo che da diversi anni il forum era praticamente morto, frequentato da pochissimi aficionados, più che altro per scrivere i loro interessanti AAR. A questa situazione di abbandono ho contribuito certamente anche io quando ho dato una diversa priorità alle attività del mio sempre più esiguo tempo libero.
    Nonostante ciò ho continuato per tutti questi anni a tenere tutto "acceso" perché mi sembrava tradire tutti noi spegnendo NWI.

    Ora sento di essere giunto al punto dove credo di aver fatto la mia parte e staccare la spina adesso mi porta ad avere molta meno amarezza e sensi di colpa (più o meno).

    Un grosso (e tardivo perché lo sto aggiungendo ora con un edit di questo messaggio) ringraziamento va a tutti quelli che in questi 25 anni hanno dato una mano e a volte anche il braccio per portare avanti la baracca. Ovviamente senza di loro non si sarebbe neanche potuto iniziare.

    Un abbraccio (per chi lo vuole ) virtuale a tutti voi ed un augurio di continuare ad avere quanto più tempo possibile per "nerdare" coi nostri giochi preferiti.

    Install instructions


    1) Install EU3, Napoleon’s Ambition and In Nominee.

    2) Update In Nominee to latest BETA version 3.2

    3) You should see a mod pull-down option in the launcher (it should say "default" to begin with).

    4) Extract the MMP2.exe file to your EU3/mod directory.

    4.1) Make sure that before extracting, you delete all content from any previous version of Magna Mundi from the mod directory.

    4.2) After extracting, make sure that you see a file with a MagnaMundiPlatinum2.MOD extension in that directory. If you don't, you should move the directories so the MagnaMundiPlatinum.MOD is in EU3/mod and there is a MagnaMundiPlatinum directory right after it (in EU3/mod/MagnaMundi2).

    5) Delete your vanilla game map cache before starting the mod for the first time after install. This can be done by going to your standard Europa Universalis III folder, then opening the maps folder and then deleting the cache folder (and ONLY the cache folder). To put it simply, the folder that must be deleted is eu3/map/cache.

    6) If you prefer the vanilla map, please use the oldmap.bat file included and answer yes to all questions. If your computer implodes, explodes, disapears in the void or otherwise gets "Framed!" while at 0 reputation, this time it is not Ubik's fault.

    7) If you have a big coastal empire and prefer a less intruding pirate system, there is a file in the extras folder. This system gives a performance hit, though...

    leggete l'aar che sta facendo blede con la repubblica di Venezia, la potrete notare alcuni cambiamenti... cmq ubik dice cho oggi dovrebbe uscire il manuale...
