    mmh.. Ukrainska Pravda dice che

16.16 Interfax-Ukraine: The State Border Service of Ukraine has confirmed the blocking by servicemen of the Russian Black Sea Fleet of the Sevastopol marine border guard detachment.

"Border guards identified these persons as servicemen of the 810th Marine Brigade of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. They were deployed before the checkpoint of the detachment and surrounded all approaches. Snipers have been placed at altitudes around the detachment," the State Border Service said in a statement posted on its Web site on Friday.

According to the service, the head of the group of Russian military, a first rank captain, later arrived at the checkpoint and said that the demand of these individuals is that nobody leave the territory of the military unit.

"They were allegedly fulfilling the demands of the Crimean Security Council to prevent the seizure of weapons by extremists. After negotiations with the detachment commander the Russian military moved 25 meters back from the checkpoint and are conducting surveillance," reads the report.

According to the service, early on Friday, a missile boat of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, the Ivanovets, came close to the shore of the of Balaklava bay allegedly because of an engine failure.

In addition, according to the report, border guards tracked the flight from Kerch to Ukraine of more than ten Russian military helicopters. The Ukrainian side received a respective application from the Russian Black Sea Fleet only for three of these helicopters.

"The remaining helicopters that crossed Ukraine's state border violated the requirements of respective bilateral agreements," reads the statement.

15.59 Military helicopters heading to Belbek Airport in Crimea. The amount of military activity that appears to be going on in Crimea is worrying. Unidentified soldiers carrying what appear to be Russian equipment and weapons now control the two main airports in Crimea. There are reports that the air traffic control company Krymaerorukh, which controls the airspace over Crimea, has been seized by soldiers in Russian uniform. There are reports that Russian Black Sea Fleet missile boats are blockading the Ukrainian Coast Guard station in Balaklava bay. The administration of UA Navy has lost control over its site. Hosting providers are not answering telephone calls. The sequence of events is accelerating again, which gives the feeling that something significant is going to happen. The events above are logical first steps for some sort of military intervention in Crimea by a certain country.

16:39: A convoy of nine Russian armoured personnel carriers and a truck have been seen by AP journalists on a road between the Crimean port city of Sevastopol and the regional capital, Sinferopol, the news agency says.

    http://rt.com/news/kiev-clashes-rioters-police-571/

    17:23 GMT:
The United Nations Security Council is to hold consultations to discuss Ukraine in three hours, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s representative said, Itar-Tass reported.

“The UN Security Council will hold a private meeting at 2000 GMT, which will be followed by a session where the situation in Ukraine will be discussed,” Martin Nesirky said.

UN first deputy chief Jan Eliasson will take part in the meeting and inform the Security Council on the latest developments in Ukraine, he said.

Nesirky provided no information on what exactly the “private meeting” would be and whether all 15 member states of the Security Council will participate in it.

Earlier in the day the Lithuanian mission at the UN, which holds the rotating chairmanship of the Security Council in February, confirmed that they had received Ukraine’s request to hold a meeting on the country. The Ukrainian parliament decided to submit the request in connection with events in Crimea.

Ukraine's interim President Oleksandr Turchynov accuses Russia of aggression, saying Moscow has deployed troops in Crimea and is "trying to provoke" Kiev into an "armed conflict".

Flightradar24.com tweets: Flights are avoiding the closed airspace over #Simferopol #Crimea #Ukraine

    19:08:
The protest note by Kiev did not specify any of the alleged infringements by the Russian side. Earlier reports suggested that at least five Russian planes landed near Simferopol.

    18:20:
Telephone hubs in Crimea have been blocked, Ukraine's Channel 5 TV reports. An official from the company that owns the Ukrainian telecom monopoly Ukrtelekom is also reported to have told Ukrainska Pravda the firm is unable to get in touch with its Crimean branch. (BBC Monitoring).

    18:18:
Ukraine International Airline, Ukraine's biggest airline, says that airspace over the Crimea region had been closed after its main airport was taken over by armed men, Interfax reported. It says that no flights from Kiev are being allowed to Simferopol international airport. But an airport information official said only one flight from Kiev had been delayed, and other flights had been coming and going from Simferopol without any problems.

    18:07:
At least five Russian Il-76 planes have landed at a military airport in Gvardiysky, near Simferopol, Ukrainska Pravda internet newspaper reports citing eyewitnesses. Reports also say a column of Russian armoured personnel carriers is heading towards Simferopol.

Ukraine’s national telecommunications operator "Ukrtelecom" has lost the ability to provide connection between the Crimean peninsula and the rest of Ukraine because of damage to fiber optic cable, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

"As a result of actions of unknown people, the company’s fiber optic cables were damaged. As a consequence, telephone and internet services on the Crimea peninsula have almost completely been suspended,” the company’s statement says.
