Bombardate a manetta con ste BB , ma non si incontrano mai????
se lui ha aggiornato le BB con i radar notturni te le spiana, le tue.

 

Beh io ho un'ottima ricognizione della zona garantita da FP a corto raggio per lo più in ASW inoltre ho quasi tutti i PA attivi in zona che hanno raggio di 25 (molti stanziati a Lungaville) e ci sono anche gli LB che quando non li impiego in attacchi navali sono in missione di ricognizione; quindi riesco a seguire ogni sua mossa e nel momento giusto evacuo le basi e/o ritardo le missioni.
Inoltre io rifornisco tutta la KB a Tulagi invece lui ripiega sempre verso l'Australia o le Fiji.
Gli scontri notturni li evito dato che io non ho i radar e invece lui si, ci provo solo contro le sue CV.

 

azzz. avrei paura di giocare contro di te.. con ste strategie mi spaventi. ma tanto io sono jap quindi non corro il rischio, siamo dalla stessa parte.

questa mossa mi ha sorpreso non tanto per le perdite da me registrate ma per il fatto che ora so effettivamente dove sono le CV nemiche e che probabilmente ha impostato gli aerei in naval/port attack, la KB si trova poco a Nord di Lungaville scortata da un nutrito gruppo di navi di superficie e inoltre sia Koumac che Lungaville sono pronte a dare supporto alla KB che porterò poco più a sud per ricambiare il favore ricevuto neanche un mese fà.

Il 22 Maggio Koumac subisce più missioni sweep, Airacobra e Warhawk si presentano in massa (circa 100) ma la mia Cap non c'è

Nella notte la KB e il gruppo di combattimento di superficie hanno navigato verso sud, ora si trovano poco a nord di Koumac e nel range giusto per far operare al meglio le LCap che partono da Koumac e Lungaville; dopo un primo raid contro del naviglio cargo sulla KB il primo raid di tre raid arriva:

a fine giornata mi risultano circa 160 aerei nemici abbattuti adesso il mio avversario è costretto alla ritirata.

Io sono molto combattuto su cosa fare, spero e credo nella ritirata verso l'Australia e quindi ordino alla KB di navigare verso ovest invece scelgo di far navigare a tutta velocità verso sud est il gruppo di combattimento formato da 4BB+6CA e altro naviglio minore al posto di bombardare Noumea come pensavo di fare inizialmente, mossa rischiosa ma se riesce sarà uno spettacolo.

che amarezza i radar delle navi alleate le hanno messe in salvo dallo scontro il mio gruppo si ritira verso nord, seconda amarezza i gruppi di CV nemiche sono all'ancora nel porto di Noumea se avessi inviato li le BB come pensavo fin dall'inizio le cose sarebbero andate diversamente..
L'unica buona notizia di questo turno è che le mie CV non sono state avvistate da alcuni ricognitore nemico probabilmente sono tutti impegnati in missioni verso nord.

Probabilmente ha pensato che avevo ancora le CV a nord e che quindi erano altri tipi di nave penso che sia così perché spesso le mie TF in zona hanno un basso livello di detect.

Come già detto in precedenza la KB naviga verso le coste australiane per cercare di cogliere di sorpresa le TF nemiche in ritirata verso l'Australia, il piano sta procedendo bene dato che neanche oggi 25 Maggio risulta rilevata dalle forze nemiche.

Durante la notte tra il 25 e il 26 Maggio la KB ha fatto rotta verso sud-ovest così da intercettare le forze nemiche in ritirata verso l'Australia, la navigazione si è svolta regolarmente e al mattino gli idrovolanti della forza aeronavale dell'impero hanno individuato a poche miglia di distanza le forze nemiche composte dalle 4 CV con relative unità di supporto oltre ad un gruppo di BB e ad altre tf in zona, subito dalle CV giapponesi decollano le forze d'attacco:

un elevato numeri di centri per l'aviazione Imperiale a fine giornata mi risultano affondate 6 BB, 2 CA, 2 DD oltre a 3 xAP.

Ho avuto tanta fortuna nel non essere rilevato da giorno e non trovare cap sulle CV nemiche, il che mi ha messo in una grande posizione di vantaggio che poi ho sfruttato a pieno.

Successivamente a questi fatti e ad un paio di giorni di discussioni il pbem si è concluso ma dato che si è masochisti ne stiamo già facendo un altro, forse scriverò qualcosina anche su questo nuovo ma non saprei dato che non sono bravo nel fare AAR come altri

 

Che batosta. Ma perchè su quattro CV soltanto 7 caccia in Cap? Sai nulla?

 

che legnata... ma perchè interrompere? qua interrompiamo ogni volta che una delle due parti prende il soppravvento: la guerra dura anni, e bisogna portarla fino alle estreme conseguenze! da mo' che avrei dovuto abbandonare con Tim!

 

A me ha detto che non si aspettava alcun attacco e che quindi non ha settato gli aerei in CAP.
Si duetto ma alla fine un po' di cavolate le ho fatte anch'io dato che ho cominciato il pbem dopo anni di digiuno di WITPAE quindi boh abbiamo deciso così, però c'è differenza tra perdere molte unità e/o basi dal perdere 4CV a metà '42 dal punto di vista strategico cambia molto.
Ora abbiamo cominciato già un altro pbem e non so se gli sia convenuto perché con 180 turni giocati ho preso bene bene le misure sia a lui che allo scenario xD non so se continuare qui col nuovo AAR o fare una nuova discussione

Pensa che da quanta paura ho a lasciare le CV senza copertura setto i caccia in Cap anche quando le CV sono disbandate in porto (ovviamente non a Tokyo o in zone distanti anni luce dal fronte). Farle navigare nei pressi del fronte senza copertura è follia pura. Credo che il ns amico StradaLunga avrà capito la lezione, d'altronde è prendendo mazzate che si impara...come tutti ben sappiamo.

A breve pubblicherò un primo resoconto di guerra

 

Il pbem comincia con rivincita per il pbem chiuso poco fa che non era durato neanche poco (180 turni) sono partito bello deciso senza commettere gli errori strategichi/tattici iniziali che dopo mesi mi davano ancora noie e non poche, di seguito vi esporrà brevemente i principali avvenimenti finora avvenuti.


SITUAZIONE GENERALE
7-27 Dicembre '41

Sono stato molto aggressivo fin dal primo turno spingendo al massimo per conquistare le basi chiave il prima possibile dispiegando sistematicamente a seguito o in contemporanea unità di supporto e l'aviazione, l'unico rammarico è la solita inutilità dell'attacco a PH, l'ho fatto sperando di affondare almeno qualche BB ma niente.

Oltre all'attacco a PH il 7 Dicembre in Malesia le forze dell'Impero sono sbarcate a Kuantan, Kota Bharu e nel vicino Borneo nella basi di Singkawang, le basi cadono il giorno dopo costituendo due salde teste di ponte in Malesia e un'ottima base aerea nel Borneo in cui subito sono state dislocate unità della 22nd Air Flot con relativi siluri.
C'è stata subito una reazione alleata che ha inviato la forza Z a Kuantan la quale entra in contatto con la mia squadra di superficie:

si la Repulse che la PoW risultano entrambe affondate.

Ho evitato di sbarcare a Mersing perché sarei stato troppo vicino a Singapore non ho speso molto per invadere la Malesia ancora ora sto completando la conquista delle ultime basi prima di entrare a Singapore con 2000AV.

Tra la priorità c'è quella di prendere il prima possibile tutte le fonti di Fuel ed Oil ed è vitale infiltrarsi il prima possibile a Sud delle Clebes prendendo il totale controllo della zona tutt'attorno Timor.

Ambom viene conquistata il 12 Dicembre in zona opera la miniKB e due squadre di superficie, il 16 Dicembre tocca a Kendari, qui viene allestita una base di supporto ai Nell, invece Koepang viene occupata il 21 Dicembre, base utilizzata come punto di raccolta delle navi destinate all'invasione dell'Australia e come base per la 23nd Air Flot con LB e F.

L'altra grossa offensiva in zona ha visto lo sbarco di circa 1000AV nell'estremo sud di JAVA occupando la basi di Banjoewangi il 22 Dicembre, da qui le forze stanno dilagando su tutta l'isola.
