Attacco anche gli indistruttibili tizi a EST di Bellary che sopravvivono pure oggi. Per ora non mi stanno rallentando, ma devono morire.

Bombardamenti a tappeto sugli AF cinesi. Distruggo una dozzina di a/c del cinese sulle piste e in volo.

La marcia continua con i tank a fare da apripista. Le prime 10 LCU cinesi dovrebbero essere già bloccate. Presto altre 25 dovrebbero seguire.

In definitiva credo che avrò da sopprimere l'aviazione di Alleato in India in modo originale: mano a mano che avanzo, infatti, sempre più diventa complesso per lui riposizionare gli a/c e verrà il momento in cui non riuscirà più a mandarli indietro, casomai volesse.
Quindi rimarranno intrappolati nella punta meridionale dell'India o, magari, a Celyon.


Fra l'altro per tenere il passo dovrei catturare Madras e Bombay in tre settimane: del tutto improbabile. Chiaro che con una botta di culo può succedere ma stimo sia molto difficile avere in 10 giorni le truppe a Bellary pronte per l'assalto alla città, figuriamoci conquistarla.


Il grande vantaggio di tutto ciò è che se da un lato vado più lento, dall'altro distruggo l'esercito di Alleato in India e quindi dopo sarà solo una passeggiata catturando le varie basi difese da supporti aerei.




Chiaro che sarà durissima lanciare l'offensiva su Karachi al 1 Gennaio. Forse avrò da ritardarla al 1 Febbraio. Se tutto va bene...

Considerato che per accelerare ho da subire perdite mostruose, mi preparo al peggio.

Praticamente una divisione THAI è massacrata. Pace. Le odds non sono così orrende e ho tirato giù un livello di forts. Sopratutto, un migliaio di AV devono ancora arrivare.
Chiaro che come tasso di perdite è orripilante, ma ci posso far poco. Ho da distruggere gli inglesi a Bellary che, come si vede, hanno un fracco di roba.

Situazione in India.



A NORD è in corso la battaglia di Bombay con la città completamente accerchiata.

Al centro c'è la pustola dolente di Bellary. Credo che a Bellary sarà un assalto dopo l'altro con un tappeto di cadaveri giapponesi finché non catturo la base per sfinimento di Alleato.

A SUD invece c'è Madras dove attualmente siamo in stallo anche se credo che Alleato riuscirà infine a cacciarmi dalla città. Vedremo



Purtroppo la situazione di Bellary è tremenda e le perdite saranno atroci.

In giallo le sacche che intendo creare. Quelle più a EST sono già create nella misura in cui se anche Alleato provasse a marciare verso la fuga sarebbe infinitamente più lento delle mie truppe che stanno muovendo per sbarrargli la strada.

Un massacro. Quasi 27,000 perdite per Alleato. Anche qualche navi (3 AMC se non sbaglio) finisce scuttled in porto.

Sono riuscito in qualche modo a bloccare i perfidi alleati a SUD di Katherine, qualche centinaio di km a SUD di Darwin. Il punto è che non posso sloggiarli di lì. Vedremo in futuro.


4) Teatro Indo-Birmano

Dopo la caduta di Bombay la situazione del teatro è cambiata rapidamente.

Infatti, ho deciso per un approccio decisamente indiretto a Bellary, accerchiata da tempo. Le mie infinite batterie di artiglieria campale andranno da Bombay a Bellary e inizieranno un feroce assedio. Nel mentre, gran parte delle truppe impegnate nell'orribile città si muoveranno come un fiume in piena per conquistare il resto dell'India mentre lascio un paio di divisioni a tenere Bellary sotto assedio.

La mia idea è, al solito, estremamente semplice nella realizzazione ma con portata strategica gigantesca: una colonna di divisioni si muove da Bellary verso SUD, verso Bangalore. Un'altra colonna, sempre da Bellary, muove verso SUD-EST verso Madras.
Una terza colonna muove da Bombay in strategic verso Bezwada e segue la strada costiera per arrivare a Madras.

Infine, altre truppe sparse si muovono verso Goa e Mangalore sulla costa NORD-OVEST dell'India per catturare le due località ancora in mano ad Alleato.


Così facendo in sostanza tengo assediato l'esercito inglese che tanto da lì non si muove mentre assalto il resto dell'India. Il progetto è di far cadere in rapida successione Bangalore e Madras e da lì continuare verso il resto dell'India e Celyon.

Infine, attaccherò nuovamente Bellary che subirà un assedio feroce bombardata giorno e notte da centinaia e centinaia di cannoni di grosso calibro.


Chiaramente tutto si basa sul riuscire ad avanzare velocemente e in modo devastante nel resto dell'India ancora in mano ad Alleato. Personalmente credo si possa fare.


Il problema di fondo sono gli snodi ferroviari che non mi sono particolarmente favorevoli finché non catturo Madras o Bangalore. La dannata Bellary infatti è abbastanza nel mezzo. Presa una delle due, dopo, sono abbastanza a posto
