The expert noted that the first 12 BTR-4s have already been delivered, an advance payment of UAH 125 mln has been made to KhCBM, namely the design bureau, which was on the verge of bankruptcy, was saved by the efforts of the new team of the concern. It was also stated that all BTR-4, both ready-made and subsequent ones, will be produced using “71” brand of Ukrainian armor, Zgurets added.
